Only 45% of Cypriots have at least basic level of digital skills

According to the Digital Economy and Society Index of the European Commission (DESI, 2021), Cyprus ranks 21st among the member states. Although Cyprus has improved its performance in almost all parameters of the DESI index, the basic digital skills of Cypriots remain below the EU average of 56%.
