the Digital Skills of Adults in Cyprus

About the project

The project AdultDigitalUp aimed to support the Cypriot authorities to improve digital literacy of adults in Cyprus with a particular focus on adult educators and low-skilled adults.

The project was implemented by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth, supported by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM) and coordinated by CARDET (November 2021 – February 2024).

e-Learning

The deep understanding of the needs and barriers faced by the adult learners when it comes to acquisition of digital skills will be the first gain. At the same time, the learning and teaching methods of adult learners will come to knowledge, in order to design learning pathways tailor made to their needs and customize the training of adult educators and Master trainers accordingly.
